Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education/Education/Nursing/Child Psychology or KAAK/PERMATA with childcare experiences
  • Able to multi task and a good team player
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent English
  • Independent with minimum supervision
  • Islamic and attractive personality
  • Good working attitude and self-motivated

  • Lead and manage the kindergarten in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure, Curriculum, and Methodology of The Nurkids Program
  • Learn, absorb, practice, and share with teachers the spirit and content of The Nurkids Program.
  • Chair a brief regular daily meeting with kindergarten staffs.
  • Ensure that teachers are following the discipline, rules, and regulation of the kindergarten.
  • Ensure that the books are in line with Nurkids Scorecard
  • Collection of fees and accounts of the kindergarten.
  • Recording of all accounting transaction in accordance to the prescribed system/procedure by Owner/Operator.
  • Ensure the kindergarten premise is always clean, orderly, neat, and tidy.
  • Organize the grocery and meal preparation for the children.
  • Key contact person for liasing with customers, suppliers, kindergarten staff, and Nurkids.
  • Act as a spoke-person of the kindergarten for answering inquiries about the kindergarten by face-to-face, telephone, or internet.
  • Liaise with Head of Daycare/Personal Assistant who is in charge of daycare, grocery and banking in money.
  • Give full cooperation to Quality Audit Consultant of Nurkids.
  • Perform other tasks relevant to the kindergarten matters as decided by the managing committee.
  • Write and present a monthly report of the operation of the kindergarten.
  • Report to Owner/Operator of Kindergarten.

  • In charge of her class.
  • Communicate with her students’ parent/guardian.
  • Keeping the classroom always clean, orderly, neat, and tidy.
  • Preparing teaching aids.
  • Monitor attendance.
  • Reception of the students, and sending the students to the gate.
  • Prepare weekly Lesson Plan.
  • Prepare weekly teaching report.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of her students while at the kindergarten premise during the kindergarten session (in class room, toilet, or outside compound).
  • Fees collection and submission of the money to Nurkids.
  • Reporting to Principal.
